Bahrain-based infrastructure development company Infracorp has announced the launch of California Residences, a new green living community located near Global Village in the heart of Dubai.
This marks the third phase of the AED1.2 billion ($327 million) California Village development, offering a collection of modern apartments that promote sustainability, comfort, and quality living.
The first and second phases features a total of 234 villas and townhouses that are scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter, said Infracorp in its statement.
California Village features 600 villas, townhouses, apartments and recreational and retail spaces, with a total built-up area of 1.2 million sq ft.
A 370-unit project, California Residences reflects Infracorp’s ongoing commitment to delivering environmentally responsible and future-ready developments.
Work on the green living community project will begin soon and is due for handover in Q2 2028.-TradeArabia News Service
